Vehicle Sourcing & Cancellation Policy

Where a vehicle is sourced specifically to a customer's individual requirements, this constitutes a bespoke service and a binding commitment is made on the customer's behalf with third-party suppliers. Once sourcing has commenced, the customer acknowledges that costs will be incurred by us.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order after sourcing has begun, the customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee to cover reasonable and demonstrable costs incurred as a direct result of the cancellation. These may include, but are not limited to, vehicle sourcing costs, administration, inspections, transport, storage, finance arrangement costs, and any losses arising from supplier commitments.

The cancellation fee will not exceed the costs actually incurred, will be fair and proportionate, and a full breakdown will be provided upon request. No cancellation fee will be charged prior to sourcing commencing.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
